Most industrial gases are distributed by Industrial Gas supply Companies (IGC). ICG’s produce gases at large scale. Subsequently, the gases are compressed to ensure more effective distribution. The longer the distance to the end-user, the more expensive the gas gets and the less reliable the security of supply becomes. To decrease the costs and emissions due to large distances and increase the reliability of supply, ICG’s can install HyGear’s small-scale hydrogen generators at remote locations. These gas filling stations offer both advantages for the ICG as well as advantages for the end-users.

Hydrogen supply
HyGear offers energy efficient hydrogen generators based on steam reforming. The Hy.GEN product line ranges from 5 Nm3/h up to 100 Nm3/h. Decentralised hydrogen supply offers cost benefits and increases the reliability of supply. Read more

Nitrogen supply
Nitrogen can be supplied on-site by HyGear’s cost attractive nitrogen generation system. The system can be installed at the end user’s premises. Read more

Gas mixing stations
Gas mixtures can be produced by combining the on-site generated gases. HyGear also offers gas mixing stations that can be integrated with the on-site gas generation systems.
