Arnhem, Netherlands, 17 Aug 2016 – HyGear is proud to announce the construction of its new headquarters in Arnhem, Netherlands. The support that was gained from their valued customers has fueled the continued growth of HyGear thus making the move to a new facility necessary.
Other than offices, test sites, construction and assembly areas, a hydrogen-filling facility will also be part of HyGear’s remarkable growth. “We started the company almost 15 years ago in this building in Arnhem. Over the years, we have successfully grown and became a serious player in the industry that exceeds the capacity of our current facilities. We are really looking forward to move into the new premises”, says Marinus van Driel, CEO.
The additional hydrogen-filling facility together with its own fleet of hydrogen trailers forms a significant part of HyGear’s strategy of being a cost-effective industrial gas supplier. The facility will function as a filling station for back-up supply of hydrogen gas for customers and partners in the region as well as serving customers with smaller needs of hydrogen with cylinders and storage refilling.
“We supply our customers with the most cost-effective gases and in some cases that is by tube trailer supply. Therefore, it is great to now have the filling facilities of our own,” further comments Marinus.
The move to the new premises will take place at the end of Q1 2017 and the hydrogen-filing facility is expected to be ready by end of 2016.17/08/2016
